Boswell Court – Bedford
These pictures are from a fire damaged flat on the 10th floor of a high-rise block in the centre of Bedford. All works were completed in under 3 weeks which included a complete clear, clean and re-decoration. Replacement of windows without the use of external access and a new composite fire front door.

Cherry Tree’s Nursery – Bedford
One of the local schools we work closely with wanted a solution to be able to use an outside area during the winter. We designed and installed electric roller shutters which could be individually controlled, allowing a full usable area in the colder months and through the rain.

Cody Road – Bedford
A property for a local housing association with 9” brick work and no cavity needed bringing up to standard with U-Values. By wrapping the property in polystyrene insulation and finishing with a flexible render system we achieved the goal set whilst making the property look clean and modern.

Cornland – Bedford
A private client had a dated kitchen and a limited dining space. By removing the dividing wall and replacing the window with French doors and installing a uniquely designed and modern kitchen, we created an open and more functional space.

Fosterhill road Crematorium – Bedford
A slightly different project for us. We had the task of turning what was a functioning crematorium room into a space that can be used for multiple uses. We had to consider the heritage of the building which meant sourcing materials such as reclaimed parquet flooring in order to achieve the requirements. We managed to turn an old room into a more vibrant and usable space whilst maintaining the originality of the church.

Hillgrounds road – Bedford
This was a void property for a local housing association. The house required allot of attention to bring it up to a lettable standard which included a new bathroom and a full redecoration as well as a complete clean. This void was turned round in under 14 days from start to finish.
